Standard for calculating the Rental Area of Commercial Space (RA/C_MF/G) 2013

RA/C defines the rental area of buildings that are let or occupied for commercial purposes. It conforms to the concepts and characteristics of DIN 277, the German norm for the floor area and cubic capacity of buildings.

RA/C is market-related but independent. It ensures that calculations can be made consistently, unambiguously and reproducibly.
